Hey there. We're Keo Platforms LLC ("Keo," "we," "us"), and this is our privacy policy. We'll keep it straightforward — no legal jargon dump. Here's what we collect, why we collect it, and who else might see it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we ask for:

• Your name, handle, and email — so you can log in and people know who you are.
• A password — hashed and salted, we never see it plain.
• Profile image, bio, and social links — whatever you choose to share on your profile.
• Posts and messages — the content you create and send on Keo.

Stuff that happens automatically

• Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a referral cookie so we know who invited you. That's it — no ad tracking, no creepy cross-site follow-around.
• Server logs. Like every website, our server sees your IP address and browser info when you visit. We don't do anything fancy with these — they exist so the internet works.

Who else touches your data

We rely on a few third parties to run Keo. They process data on our behalf and don't get to use it for their own purposes:

• HostHatch LLC — hosts our servers and database. Your account info, posts, and messages live here.
• Bunny.net — stores and delivers images (profile pics, header images, post content). When you upload an image, it goes to Bunny's CDN. All uploads are automatically scanned by an upload filter. Illegal content (CSAM, etc.) it is automatically blocked at the edge, and never reaches our servers.

Payments

We process payments through integrations with banking and payment services. We don't collect or store your full payment credentials ourselves — transactions are handled directly between you and the payment provider. See our refund policy for details on when purchases can be reversed.

How long we keep stuff

We keep your data as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal info. Content you posted may stick around in backups for a bit, but we won't show it to anyone.

Your rights

• Access & export. Want a copy of your data? Email us and we'll send it.
• Delete. You can delete your account anytime from your account deletion page. We'll scrub your stuff.
• Correct. Got something wrong on your profile? You can edit it yourself, or email us.

Kids

Keo is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If we find out someone under 18 signed up, we'll delete their account.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything meaningful, we'll let you know — probably with a banner on the site or an email. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
